The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has congratulated the Lagos State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, on his 68th birthday, describing him as a dedicated leader whose contributions have strengthened the party across the state.
AKOD, in a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary,Adeola Ogunlade commended Ojelabi for his exemplary leadership, humility and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the APC and progressive governance.
He noted that the Lagos APC chairman had demonstrated remarkable capacity in promoting unity, discipline and inclusiveness within the party, adding that his leadership had contributed significantly to the continued growth and success of the APC in Lagos State.
“On behalf of the government and people of Ikeja Local Government, I heartily congratulate our distinguished State Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, on the joyous occasion of his 68th birthday.
“Your steadfast commitment to our great party and your exemplary leadership remain a source of inspiration to many of us. Your dedication to building a stronger and more united APC is highly commendable,” AKOD stated.
The Ikeja council chairman prayed for divine wisdom, sound health, renewed strength and greater accomplishments for Ojelabi as he begins another year of his life.
He said, “As you celebrate this remarkable milestone, I pray that the Almighty God will continue to uphold you, enlarge your coast and bless you with greater accomplishments in the service of humanity and our great party.
“May your years ahead be filled with peace, joy, fulfilment and outstanding achievements, as you continue to contribute meaningfully to the development of Lagos State and Nigeria.”
AKOD also reaffirmed his loyalty to the leadership of the APC in Lagos State, expressing confidence that the party would continue to record greater victories and consolidate its achievements under Ojelabi’s leadership.
He described Ojelabi’s experience, dedication and commitment as valuable assets to the party, particularly in its efforts to strengthen its structures and sustain unity among members across the state.
The council chairman wished the APC state chairman a memorable 68th birthday celebration and prayed for many more years of impactful leadership and service to the party, Lagos State and Nigeria.
