Nnewi South Local Government Secretariat in Ukpor has been attacked for the second time by unknown gunmen resident in the forests of Ukpor…in this second attack, all the other offices that were not affected in the first attack were now burnt down by this unknown gunman including our Business Premises Office in Ukpor, Nnewi South.
