The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government,Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has congratulated Chief Funso Ologunde, a prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikeja, on his 74th birthday.
In a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary,Olalekan Oni,AKOD praised Ologunde as an “astute progressive, a father-figure, and a repository of wisdom” whose leadership and experience inspire younger generations.
“Even at his age, Chief Ologunde remains a pillar of strength, offering sound counsel and unwavering commitment to the ideals of progressive governance.”he said
The Chairman went further to acknowledged Ologunde’s invaluable mentorship,guidance,and steadfast support which have shaped his own leadership path.
Investigator news reports that Comrade AKOD together with other party leaders visited Ologunde’s residence to celebrate his dedication to progressive politics and service.
He prayed for Ologunde’s continued good health, strength, and wisdom to guide the party and younger leaders.
