Eastern Security Network (ESN), a militant group affiliated with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is accused of assassinating a woman, her four children, and six others in Anambra State.
The pregnant woman and her children were killed in the state’s Isulo, Orumba North Local Government Area.

The assassinations marked a new low in IPOB terrorists’ increased attacks on non-indigenous people, who are also attacking symbols of authority such as police and military.

The assassinations marked a new low in IPOB terrorists’ increased attacks on non-indigenous people, who are also attacking symbols of authority such as police and military.
“She was killed while driving back to Orumba South. When the gunmen ambushed them, she was being carried by a commercial motorcyclist. Her and her four children were killed, but the motorcyclist escaped.”
Another man, Abdullahi, was also killed at his suya spot in Nnanka, selling roasted meat by the roadside.
“His body had been by the side of the road since Sunday evening until Monday afternoon, when I informed the police DPO and asked him to assist us in recovering the remains.”
“He told me that the sit-at-home order prevents him from sending his men there.” We’ve decided to leave because we can’t stay here any longer… He stated, “They are killing us every day.”
Aliyu, his younger brother, was also killed in a similar manner two months ago, he said.

“Everybody should look at this video that they have shot a woman and her four children,” a narrator speaking in Igbo said in a gory video trending on Twitter.
“They originate from the north.” People should be cautious because they are shooting everyone they see on the street.”
