The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda, popularly known as AKOD, has declared his total support for the re-election bid of James Abiodun Faleke, describing the federal lawmaker as a leader who has performed far beyond expectations in public office.
Speaking ahead of the forthcoming party exercise, AKOD praised Rt. Hon. Faleke for what he described as exceptional representation and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Ikeja Federal Constituency.
According to the chairman, the lawmaker has consistently demonstrated quality leadership, grassroots connection, and people-oriented representation that have positively impacted countless lives across the constituency.
Comrade AKOD stated that Faleke’s contributions to community development, empowerment initiatives, and public service delivery have earned him the admiration and confidence of party members and residents alike.
The council chairman went further to note that the federal lawmaker has gone beyond the traditional responsibilities of legislative representation by ensuring meaningful interventions across critical sectors affecting the people.
“Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke has performed beyond expectations. He has shown capacity, competence, and dedication to public service. His achievements and contributions to the development of Ikeja Federal Constituency are visible for all to see,” AKOD stated.
He added that despite the numerous accomplishments already recorded, the lawmaker remains committed to doing even more for the people if given another opportunity to serve.
AKOD therefore called on party faithful, supporters, and all progressive-minded residents of Ikeja Local Government to unite behind Faleke and support his emergence once again as the party’s candidate for the House of Representatives.
The chairman urged members of the party to come out massively during the party exercise and cast their votes for the lawmaker in appreciation of his impactful representation and dedication to the welfare of the people.
Reaffirming his confidence in Faleke’s leadership, AKOD maintained that the people of Ikeja remain proud of the lawmaker’s achievements and believe he deserves another term to continue his developmental strides.
“Faleke once again remains the choice of the people,” he declared.
