The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has praised members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikeja for their unity, resilience, and massive participation during the party’s Presidential Primary process.
In a statement issued by Ikeja House, Chairman AKOD expressed heartfelt appreciation to party faithful across all wards in the local government for their unwavering loyalty, discipline, and commitment to the ideals of the APC.
He stated that the impressive turnout recorded during the primary election further demonstrated the strength, solidarity, and organisational capacity of the party in Ikeja, noting that members remained peaceful and focused throughout the exercise.
Chairman AKOD also congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory at the APC Presidential Primary election, describing the outcome as a clear indication of the confidence and trust party members continue to place in his leadership and Renewed Hope Agenda.
According to him, the overwhelming support received by President Tinubu reflects the belief of APC members in his vision for national development, unity, and sustainable progress.
The council chairman reaffirmed his commitment to mobilising greater support for the APC ahead of future electoral engagements and urged members to remain united, steadfast, and committed to the collective success of the party.
