The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), Barr. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, following the death of her mother, Mrs. Nkechinyere Stella Rhodes-Vivour (née Waboso).
Investigator news reports that Mrs. Rhodes-Vivour, who was born on June 16, 1957, passed away on July 10, 2026, leaving behind a lasting legacy of compassion, selfless service and unwavering commitment to her family and humanity.
In a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary,Adeola Ogunlade, Comrade AKOD described the deceased as a virtuous woman whose life was defined by love, dedication and kindness.
He said she was a devoted wife, a caring mother, a cherished grandmother and a source of inspiration to everyone who came in contact with her.
The Council Chairman noted that although the loss of a beloved mother is a painful experience, the cherished memories, values and positive impact she made during her lifetime would continue to comfort and inspire her family for generations.
AKOD prayed for God’s strength and comfort for Barr. Vivour-Adeniyi, her father, siblings and the entire Rhodes-Vivour family as they mourn the passing of their beloved matriarch.
“On behalf of the Government and people of Ikeja Local Government, I extend my deepest condolences to Barr. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi and the entire Rhodes-Vivour family.
May Almighty God grant the soul of the departed eternal rest and give the family the strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss,” he said.
