In line with the THEMES+ Agenda of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State Government has unveiled plans to host the biggest fitness party in the state this December.
The event, tagged Lagos Fitness Clubs Hangout – FITMAS EDITION, is being championed by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Sports Development, Mr. Adebanji Adeoye Atewogboye, popularly known as SKIBANJ, in collaboration with Fitness4All Club.
Themed “Fitmas: Sweat, Connect & Celebrate”, the fitness hangout is slated for Thursday, December 25th, 2025, by 8:00am till late, at International Airport Road, Lagos.
The Fitmas hangout is designed to promote healthy living, community bonding and charity during the yuletide season, as fitness enthusiasts across Lagos will converge to workout, network, and celebrate.
According to SKIBANJ, the event will feature workout sessions with top fitness trainers, networking, music and fun, shopping from vendors and the Fitmas Giveback initiative.
He noted that the programme is free and open to all, with an expected turnout of between 1,000 to 5,000 participants, in line with the mantra “Fitness People, Stronger Lagos!”
Investigator news reports that participants are enjoined to come along with a toy or food item to support the Fitmas Giveback, aimed at putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged this Christmas.
