The Centre for Leadership and Creative Entrepreneurs in Africa LTD/GTE (CELCE-AFRICA) has appointed and officially inducted Mr. Akindutire Precious Adeyemi as its Director of Public Policy and Governance on the Advisory Board.
The induction ceremony was conducted by the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of CELCE-AFRICA, Ambassador Kingsley Enwelim Nwanze, on Friday, June 12, 2026, as part of the organisationâs ongoing efforts to strengthen policy advocacy, governance engagement, and leadership development initiatives across Africa.

Speaking during the ceremony, Ambassador Nwanze described Mr. Adeyemi as a passionate development advocate whose expertise, professionalism, and commitment to public service would significantly contribute to the Centreâs mission of promoting good governance, public accountability, policy innovation, and citizen participation.
According to the Executive Director, the appointment reflects CELCE-AFRICAâs strategic vision of engaging experienced professionals and thought leaders in advancing its objective of building transformative leaders, fostering entrepreneurship, and championing sustainable development across communities in Nigeria and Africa.
In his acceptance remarks, Mr. Adeyemi expressed appreciation to the leadership of CELCE-AFRICA for the confidence reposed in him. He pledged to deploy his knowledge, experience, and professional networks toward advancing the Centreâs governance and policy-focused programmes.

As Director of Public Policy and Governance, Mr. Adeyemi will provide strategic guidance on public policy issues, governance reforms, institutional partnerships, advocacy initiatives, and stakeholder engagement programmes aimed at promoting inclusive development and responsible leadership.
CELCE-AFRICA reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing visionary leaders, empowering entrepreneurs, and creating sustainable solutions that drive positive social and economic transformation across the African continent.
