The Mandate Movement (TMM)has commiserated with the Governor of Lagos State – Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu on the untimely demise of his Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo, describing him as an invaluable asset to the Governor’s administration, who was tirelessly working to uphold and execute the Governor’s vision for the State.

The Movement in a statement released by the Directorate of Communications and Public Relations, stated that Mr. Soyannwo left a legacy of dedicated service and studious commitment to his role, his team and the good people of Lagos State. He played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing various policies and initiatives aimed at fostering growth and progress in the State. His deep understanding of governance and his ability to build bridges with stakeholders, as well as his keen focus on service delivery, positioned him as a remarkable advocate for the people he served.

“The late Mr. Soyannwo extended far beyond the walls of his office. He was known for his warm, compassionate nature and his willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. His genuine concern for the well-being of others, coupled with an innate ability to listen and empathize, made him a cherished colleague and friend”
