In the Department of State Services (DSS) facility, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is allegedly the target of a terrorist plot, according to IPOB.
In order to achieve this, Kanu should, according to IPOB, be relocated to a prison complex in the Southeast of the nation.
According to IPOB spokesman Emma Powerful, Kanu should be moved to a prison in the Southeast for his protection.
Powerful issued the following statement, in part: “We want everyone to understand that the Fulani agenda to Fulaniize Nigeria will soon become a reality. The Fulani are working closely with the DSS on every aspect of their well-planned attack on our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who is being held in custody.
The Fulanis’ evil plot against our leader was discovered by our intelligence unit. Because of this, we demand that our leader Kanu be immediately moved to an Eastern prison for his safety because, in the event that anything were to happen to him, Nigeria would experience complete and utter madness, and there would never be peace there.
Furthermore, according to Powerful, terrorists planned the assault on President Muhammadu Buhari to raise money for the purchase of weapons.
“What happened in Katsina with regard to the alleged attack on Buhari is an organised attack by Buhari and Fulani to raise more money to purchase and acquire arms which they will use to prosecute their planned jihad to conquer every part of Nigeria but Biafraland will be their waterloo because we are Umuchineke,” Buhari said.
