The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu ‘Dullar,has stressed the importance of providing high-quality healthcare services and called for enhanced training programs for the hospital’s personnel to better serve patients.
Hon Salawu ‘Dullar’ who stated this when he welcomed the new Medical Director of Somolu General Hospital, Dr. Mustapha Quadri, along with his management team, noting that the visit underscored the ongoing efforts to ensure that the hospital remains highly responsive to community needs and prioritizes personnel training.
Chairman ‘Dullar’ who highlighted Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to constructing a state-of-the-art general hospital in Somolu, stating that the hospital is equipped with ultramodern medical equipment and skilled professionals
Speaking on behalf of the team,the Public Relations Officer stated that Somolu General Hospital offers a variety of clinics, including Ante-natal services on Mondays and Wednesdays, Obstetrics & Gynecology on Tuesdays, and Paediatric services from Monday to Friday. Other services such as Dental care and the General Outpatient Department (GOPD) are available throughout the week.

Investigator news reports that the meeting was attended by the Leader of the Council, Hon. Yomi Osunkoya; Supervisor for Health, Hon. Ladi Omifare; and the Medical Officer of Health (MOH), Dr. Abidemi Agboola.
The visiting team include Dr. Quadri Mustapha Adebola (MD/CEO), Mrs. Boboe Mulikat Temitope (Head of Administration & Human Resources), Mrs. Ihiator Whyte (Apex Nurse), and Mrs. Agu Judith (Public Affairs Officer).
