The Member representing Oshodi lsolo Federal Constituency 2 at the National Assembly,Hon(Bar) Okey Joe Onuakalusi has wished all Nigerians a happy valentine’s day as they join the rest of the world to mark the day.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Communication,Mazi Chuks Nwosu,Bar Onuakalusi stated that Valentine’s Day is a day of love which is not just a feeling, but a choice.A choice to care, to give, and to make a difference in the lives of others.
He went further to state to appeal to his constituents to always remember those who are less fortunate, those who are struggling to make ends meet, and those who are in need of their support.
“This Valentine’s Day, I’m reminded that love is not just a feeling, but a choice. A choice to care, to give, and to make a difference in the lives of others.
“As we celebrate love today, let’s also remember those who are less fortunate, those who are struggling to make ends meet, and those who are in need of our support.
“Let’s show them that we care, that we’re committed to making a positive difference in their lives.
“Together, let’s spread love, kindness, and compassion. Let’s make this Valentine’s Day one to remember, not just for ourselves, but for those around us who need our love and support.”he stated.
The lawmaker also expressed his deepest gratitude for the love and support the people of Oshodi lsolo Federal Constituency 2 has shown to him over the years.
