Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, has chosen Doyin Okupe as his Vice Presidential candidate.
It was reported that Okupe was picked as Vice Presidential candidate but in a placeholder capacity to beat the Friday June 17, deadline set by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate, had also named Kabir Ibrahim Masari as his running mate in order to meet INEC’s deadline of Friday, June 17.
