Dr. Danjuma Musa Abilewa, the Peoples Democratic Party Chieftain in Kaduna State, condemned the attack in Owo on Monday, saying that the Buhari-led APC government has put millions of Nigerians in eternal pain, abject poverty, and sadness due to the increasing rate of criminal, bandit attacks across the country.
He stated that the only price Nigerians must pay for electing the APC to power is to continue mourning every day as their loved ones are killed, kidnapped, and raped, and a large sum of money is demanded by the perpetrators of the devilish act.
In a statement issued on Monday in response to the attack in Owo during church service on Sunday, Dr. Danjuma stated that the highest crime against humanity is to attack him while he is in the mood to pray to his creator.

He urged the government and security forces to go after the perpetrators of the crime, arrest them, and punish them as a deterrent to others.
” It is recommended that the government and security agents pursue the killers, arrest them, and punish them appropriately.” If not, others will commit similar crimes in the future, knowing that no one will prosecute them.”
According to him, bandits and gunmen attacks have been the current government’s major negative achievements since taking office, and many people, including young men and women who would have contributed positively to the country’s development, have died as a result of gunmen or bandits attacks.
