The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) has extended their heartfelt condolences to the government and people of the United States over the devastating wildfires and high winds affecting Los Angeles and South California.
This tragic incident, which has caused loss of lives, displacement of families, and destruction of property, is deeply saddening to the global community.
In a press release signed by the National Public Relations Secretary,Alhaji Shamsideen Owolabi Oseni,the President of NASFAT, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, expressed profound sympathy for the victims of the disaster.
He praised the heroic efforts of emergency responders and volunteers working to contain the wildfires and assist those in need. He assured the affected communities of NASFAT’s prayers and solidarity during this difficult period.
Chief Missioner of NASFAT, Imam Maroofdeen AbdulAzeez Onike, prayed for divine mercy, strength, and resilience for all those affected by this catastrophe. He also sought Allah’s guidance for leaders and emergency responders to effectively manage the crisis and restore normalcy.
Imam Onike went further to urge NASFAT members and other Muslims in the Americas to remain steadfast and prayerful.
He emphasized the importance of showing compassion and extending support to those affected as part of Islamic values.
NASFAT calls for collective global action to address climate change and prevent such tragedies. May Allah grant comfort and healing to all impacted.
