NASFAT Leaders Engage in Executive Management Training.

The pace setting Global Islamic organization, Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT), recently conducted an executive training session for its leaders, emphasizing enhanced leadership and organizational closure effects.

The training, tagged ‘Next Level Leadership’, was held at the prestigious Academy Halogen, a world-class leadership and security training academy in Lagos. The session was anchored by Dr. Wale Adeagbo, a renowned expert in leadership development.

The training had in attendance key NASFAT leaders, including the National Executive Council (NEC) led by Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, and the Imams’ Forum led by Imam Maroofdeen Onike AbdulAzeez. Representatives from the Women’s Management Committee and the Youth Wing of NASFAT from both the Headquarters and Lagos Zones also actively participated, reflecting the organization’s commitment to inclusive leadership development.

The event which received strong support from NASFAT’s Board of Trustees, with sponsorship provided by one of its members had in attendance dignitaries like Alhaji AbdulKabir Aregbesola and the immediate past National Public Relations Secretary of NASFAT, Alhaji Babatunde Aremu, who added further significance to the training.

It will be recalled that Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf led National Executive Council was inaugurated on February 4, 2024 where he reiterated his dedication to leadership development. “Training and retraining are essential for our growth,” he stated, emphasizing that the 2024-2026 NASFAT Executive Council will focus on Leadership, Empowerment, Agent of Change, and Dawah—‘LEAD.’

Participants at the training engaged in robust discussions, generating fresh ideas aimed at advancing NASFAT’s mission and promoting Islam in Nigeria. The interactive sessions facilitated the development of innovative strategies that would address current challenges faced by the Muslim community.

As the ‘Next Level Leadership’ training concluded, the leaders renewed their commitment to furthering NASFAT’s goals and fostering positive change across Nigeria, ensuring that the organization remains a trailblazer in faith and social impact.
