Innoson Gives N3m Scholarship to Highest JAMB Scorer

Innoson vehicles has awarded a N3 million scholarship to 16-year-old Ejikeme Joy, the overall best-performing candidate in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Chief Dr Innocent Chukwuma OFR, the founder of Nigeria’s leading automobile manufacturer, demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence by providing financial support to Ejikeme, allowing her to pursue her tertiary education with ease over the next five years.

According to Cornel Osigwe, Innoson’s head of corporate communications, the company will continue to demonstrate its commitment to social responsibility through various initiatives such as scholarship awards, job creation, and support for local communities.

The scholarship winner is the daughter of an okada rider and a student at Anglican Girls Secondary School in Nnewi. She received a 362 on the 2023 UTME.
