The Executive Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Hon. Olasoju Adebayo,has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to fostering community unity and social integration.
He made this statement at the maiden Ehingbeti Day Celebration,held on Monday 9, June 2025,at the Ehingbeti neighborhood Isolo,which brought together residents and promoted a sense of togetherness.
Olasoju described the event as a platform to promote unity, love, and togetherness, assuring residents that his administration would continue to support meaningful social initiatives.
He emphasized the importance of youth development, reiterating his administration’s commitment to encouraging educational and entrepreneurial pursuits among young people.
The council boss recalled noted that Ehingbeti has produced notable individuals, including a former council chairman and erstwhile Commissioners for Finance and Commerce in Lagos State, among others,while encouraging young residents to draw inspiration from notable individuals who have emerged from the area.
He reminisced about the strong bonds and sense of unity that existed in Ehingbeti in the past, highlighting how well-meaning individuals used to support the less privileged, including sponsoring children’s education and other humanitarian gestures.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the Planning Committee, Wasiu Ajamole, praised Olasoju for his unwavering dedication to promoting love, unity, and togetherness in the council area as shown yet again by his sponsorship of the historical event.
