The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, I, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu ‘Dullar’, has heartily congratulate and celebrate the Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadir Obafemi Hamzat, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
