Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, has congratulated Prof. Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, Provost of Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, on his birthday, highlighting his exceptional academic and administrative achievements.
In a congratulatory message, Fanwo praised Prof. Ibrahim’s contributions to education, particularly in technical and teacher education, noting his leadership has strengthened academic standards and institutional stability at the college.
