Ikeja Local Government Chairman, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), attended the 8th Day Fidau prayer of late Comrade Isiaka Olaosebikan Sanyaolu, a dedicated party stalwart.
The late Comrade Isiaka Olaosebikan Sanyaolu, fondly known as Agbara Po, passed on 31st January, 2026.
The Fidau prayer was held in honour of the late party stalwart and committed progressive, whose contributions to party organization and grassroots mobilisation within Ikeja will be long remembered.
During the prayer session,AKOD prayed for the repose of Sanyaolu’s soul and comfort for his loved ones, describing him as a loyal party man whose dedication to the progressive cause won’t be forgotten.
He also prayed for divine comfort, strength, and protection for the family, friends, and loved ones the deceased left behind.
Investigator news reports that Comrade AKOD was joined at the Fidau prayer by Hon. Fatai Alugo, former Leader of the Ikeja Legislative Arm, Hon. Ayotunde Adenuga; the APC Chairman, Ward C, Ikeja, Mr. Onamisan Ukiri; the Councillor representing Ward C, Ikeja, Hon. Saburi; as well as other party leaders and stalwarts from across Ikeja.
