Chinelo Adaora Emeghara, Esq has become a phenomenal person, not just within her household and place of work, but in her relationship with people.
Yes, phenomenal, in the sense that she has consistently shown that with love, compassion and kindness, you can get the best out of people. With love, compassion and kindness, she has completely changed, for good, the society she belongs.
As the Clerk/Head Legislative Service, Imo State House Of Assembly, Chinelo Adaora Emeghara, Esq, has demonstrated that love, compassion and kindness brings out the best in the Staff, and these virtues have paid off handsomely, as everyone, including Honourable Members and Political Appointees work in synergy with one another without compromising standards.
A woman like no other, she sees the best in persons and harnesses such potentials for the good of government and the society. This makes Madame Clerk an astute Administrator. She has no time for laziness and frivolities.
There is a reason Everyone in Imo State address former Governor Sam Onunaka Mbakwe as “Dee Sam”. It is the same reason everyone addresses Madame Clerk as “Mummy”. Though a very young woman, yet old and young call her Mummy. This is because she has demonstrated and continued to demonstrate leadership with compassion. No wonder some persons address her as a Compassionate Leadership Specialist.
Past and Present lawmakers at the Imo State House Of Assembly are in agreement that Mummystic Mummy is the best Clerk in the history of Imo State House Of Assembly. Also, Past and Present leadership of the Parliamentary Staff Association Of Nigeria, PASAN (Imo State chapter) have confirmed that she is the best Clerk.
A workaholic per excellence, Madame Clerk is on duty always (day and night), just to make sure things are in order and in good place.
Her interpersonal relationship with the Staff, Political Appointees and Distinguished Honourable Members of the Imo State House Of Assembly is second to none, as it has fostered good and effective communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence and improved administrative and management skills, which have led to increased productivity, reduced stress and enhanced inter-governmental connectivity with other Arms of Government. Her very strong relationships with everyone also promote a sense of belonging. Again, through her innovative style, creativity and ingenuity, she has blended everyone around her into administrative and legislative competence. That is why we love her. Yes, that is why I love her.
It is therefore, not out of place, for all of us to troope out to celebrate our Big Mummy. While she may wish to observe her birthday quietly, her admirers and those she has touched through her goodness, kindness, compassion and love have decided to celebrate her ; And they are doing so in a very big way today, 18/05/2025.
For me, Chinelo Adaora Emeghara Esq, as a vessel unto honour, is a wonderful work in progress. God is definitely taking her somewhere, for the overall good of the society.
Therefore, I join the leadership and rest of the Staff and Management of Imo State House Of Assembly, Friends, Associates, Families and well wishers to congratulate this woman of substance on her birthday. I also wish to congratulate her husband, Unkulu George Emeghara, for having an exceptionally good and blessed woman as a wife. I congratulate the children as well. She is not only a successful administrator, she is also a successful wife and a very successful mother.
May this day, therefore, bring countless blessings, happiness, endless joy and peace of mind to this Woman of Grace, in Jesus Mighty Name I Have Prayed, Amen.
