Chief Emmanuel Ubah, Chairman of Atto Awori Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has congratulated Chief Solomon Aguene on his confirmation as the authentic President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos State.
This confirmation was made by the President General of Ohanaeze Worldwide, Chief John Azuta Mbata,on Thursday 28, August 2025,in Lagos following a court judgment validating Aguene’s leadership position.
In a congratulatory message signed by his Media Aide,Comrade Emmanuel Clement, Chief Ubah described his confirmation as a welcome development by various stakeholders, who see it as an opportunity for the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos chapter to move forward with a unified leadership.
He stated that Chief Solomon’s vision and commitment to Ndigbo is to unite and ensure that Ndigbo speak with one voice.
He went further to described his confirmation as a reflection of the confidence and hope that the Igbo people have in his leadership abilities and commitment to the development of the region and the nation as a whole.
Chief Ubah who is one of the leading aspirants for Ohaneze Ndigbo president noted that with the Confirmation and backing by the President General,Chief Mbata and other stakeholders, Aguene is poised to make a lasting impact on the organization and the community it serves.
“This has proven that Ohaneze Ndigbo worldwide desires peace and progress for Ohaneze Ndigbo Lagos State.”he said
He expressed his hope that Chief Solomon Aguene would use his Confirmation as President to continually promote peace and unity in Lagos as he usually do and generate ideas that would foster development, peace, and progress among the people.
