Following the recommendation of the panel formed to investigate him, lawmakers announced in plenary on Monday that they had impeached the deputy governor.
The impeachment was announced on Monday, following the adoption of the recommendations of the report of the seven-member panel formed to investigate allegations against the deputy governor.
