With a heart brimming with patriotic conviction and an unshaken belief in the democratic ideals of our dear state. I, Prince Adéníyì Olútìmẹ̀hìn-MAJESTY, extend my profound felicitations to the newly inaugurated Local Government Chairmen across our great state.
I salute each of you as torchbearers of hope, entrusted by the people to animate the promise of proximity, participation, purpose and progress.
The weight of your mandates is not merely political, it is profoundly spiritual. You have been called not only to administer but to listen; not only to govern but to serve.
Rejoice, for you have been chosen in a time when Lagos is rising, reinventing, and radiating resilience. But in rejoicing, remember: this celebration must transcend the ceremonial.
It must become catalytic, birthing new governance narratives where roads are not just constructed, but destinies are paved; where schools are not just renovated, but dreams are ignited.
To lead today requires more than authority, it demands empathy. Governance without compassion becomes machinery without humanity.
