APC Chairmanship Candidate,Hon Taiwo Fetes Constituents To Mark Eid-el-Kabir Celebration

As Muslims all over the world continue to observe the Eid-eI-kabir celebration with prayers, offering of sacrifice and exchange of gifts,the All Progressive Congress candidate for Ejigbo LCDA in the forthcoming local government election,Hon Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo in his usual character and his political machinery, supporters on Friday, June 6,2025, feted his constituents to mark this year’s Eid-el-kabir celebration.

The event which was well-attended by political chieftains,community leaders, political office holders,members of the concerned loyalist to Hon Obe, Igbo and Hausa community,religious leaders, youths,women across Ejigbo LCDA, including the Executive Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA,Hon Monsurudeen Bello among others was not meant for long speeches but to thank God for his mercies.

The occasion, which was also used to thank the constituents for their support and encouragement towards his emergence as the APC flagbearer for Ejigbo LCDA and to solicit for continuous support and cooperation from the constituents as the July 12 election is fast approaching.

Speaking with newsmen, the APC flagbearer,Hon Taiwo stated that the gathering was to celebrate this year’s celebration with his constituents and to say thank you for their support and prayers.

Taiwo reflected on the significance of the festival, highlighting the unwavering faith of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and the importance of emulating his values of selflessness, generosity and service to humanity.

He urge Muslims and Nigerians to use the period to show kindness to their neighbors extend a helping hands to the less privileged and promote peace and unity in their community.

“The reason for this season is to be sacrificial,be your brothers keeper and that is what we are doing today and also learn in the renewed hope of Mr President,Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.”

” I want encourage every individual to always have the zeal to lend a helping hands in whatever capacity they find themselves to those who are in need around them”he said.

Hon Taiwo also called on Nigerians to remain steadfast in prayers for the country’s peace, stability and prosperity particularly as it continues on the path of economic recovery and development under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership, noting that all his policies he has formulated are for the betterment of Nigerians and the citizens can testify to it.

Also speaking, the Councilorship Candidates for Ilamoshe ward and Fadu ward,Hon Shobande Gabriel and Hon Bello Fatai thanked  the constituents in Ejigbo LCDA for their support for Hon.Taiwo Taoheed while also promising that the Chairmanship candidate would come up with more innovations that would be geared towards improving  the lives of the people if elected come July 12 election
