Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, the Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, has congratulated Hon. Duro Meseko, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as “a symbol of loyalty and excellence.”
