The Executive Chairman of Oto Awori LCDA,Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun has presented 500 free Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to eligible candidates, emphasizing education as the key to success and the best legacy that can be given to any child.
Investigator news reports that top scorers will receive a ₦500,000 incentive.
The chairman urged candidates to focus on studies, shun vices, and strive for excellence.He encouraged the candidates to strive for high scores to gain admission into higher institutions, saying “the sky is the limit” for those who believe in themselves.
Hon Abiodun went further to highlight his administration’s achievements, including the provision of free books, renovation of schools and construction of classrooms.
He also mentioned the donation of free GCE forms and the organization of a spelling bee competition.
“Additionally, the administration has undertaken various infrastructure projects, such as road construction and installation of solar energy street lights.”he said
The Council boss stated that the administration has the interest and well-being of its people at heart and is committed to doing more.
He expressed confidence that the beneficiaries would make the most of the opportunity and achieve their goals.
Investigator news gathered that the ceremony was attended by council officials, community leaders and stakeholders, who commended the LCDA chairman for his efforts in promoting education and empowering the youth.
