D’Or FC has secured a spot in the AAF Super 8 final, setting up a thrilling clash with SPA FC on Sunday, 8th February 2026.
The team booked their place with a 4-1 penalty shootout win over Apatira FC, after the teams were locked at 0-0 after regulation time.
The atmosphere was electric as the teams battled it out, with the penalty shootout going down to the wire.
Investigator news reports that D’Or FC’s players showed nerves of steel in the shootout, converting four of their spot-kicks to secure the win.
Apatira FC’s challenge was snuffed out despite their valiant efforts,with D’Or FC’s goalkeeper making crucial saves to help his team edge ahead.
D’Or FC’s players celebrated wildly after the final whistle, knowing they’ve booked their place in the history books to face SPA FC who edged out Makinson FC 4-2 in a penalty shootout after a goalless draw in the 70-minute game.
