Jakande Appoints Prince Akinsemoyin As DG Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA Transportation And Environmental Corps (OTEC)

The Executive Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA,Hon. Seyi Jakande has appointed Prince Adeyemi Lateef Akinsemoyin as the new Director-General of the Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye Transportation and Environmental Corps (OTEC).

The appointment  is with immediate effect as from Wednesday 5,November 2025 according to the release sent to Investigator news.

Investigator news reports that Prince Akinsemoyin would bring his wealth of experience and an impressive educational background to this pivotal role.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management and a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, where he furthered his expertise from 2019 to 2022.

His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, complemented by a solid foundation in his early education at St. Paul Anglican Primary School and Akintan Grammar School, Surulere.

With previous experience spanning notable roles, Hon. Lateef served as the Protection & Protocol Manager at K-square Multidimensional Limited, further honing his leadership skills and strategic oversight.

He has been integral to the Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, having held positions as Supervisor for Education and Supervisor for Environment, where he demonstrated his commitment to community development and environmental sustainability.

In his new capacity as Director-General, Hon. Lateef is expected to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing transportation systems and promoting environmental stewardship within the community.

His vision aligns with the goals of the Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA to improve the quality of life for all residents.

Hon Jakande in his remarks expressed confidence in Hon. Lateef’s abilities, stating that his appointment will bring a fresh perspective and strategic leadership to the corps.

“I believe that with his vast experience and educational qualifications, Hon. Lateef will effectively lead our efforts to develop a more efficient transportation network and foster a cleaner environment for our community,” he remarked.
