Imo Traditional Ruler,Eze Ali Denies Allegations, Threatens Legal Action Against Bloggers.

His Royal Highness, Eze Ali Nnamdi Desmond, the Traditional Ruler of Obinnoha Autonomous Community in Imo State, has denied allegations of fraud published on Amebo9ja and Nairaland blogs. Eze Ali described the publication as misinformation and scandalous.

Eze Ali who is the Obi 11 of Obinnoha, stated that the publication was misinformation and scandalous because no such thing ever happened,but regretted offering a legal aid to one Mrs. Lota Eze from Anambra State who is married to Chief Emeka Eze ( late) from Enugu State.

He noted that the whole drama started when Lota approached him to help her recover Chief Eze’s properties denied from her late husband’s family, without informing him that she was legally divorced and documents was also completely kept away from her sight.

However, upon discovering that Mrs. Eze had been legally divorced and had withheld crucial information, Eze Ali stated that he withdrew his support.

Eze Ali said, ” I came into the matter when I got to the court I discovered that the divorce was properly done against what she told me that the divorce process was faulty.

” She went as far as telling me because of her desperacy that her late husband gave her one of the property’s in Wuse, that he gave it to her as a gift.

“She presented a document that was signed as a deed of gift, when I got to the Ages myself I discovered that it was not existing in the system rather that very document has C of O. The facts are still there in the system of Ages.

“So, when I presented it, the director told me that somebody has been here with this document in the past and warned them never to come for this, that two directors are supposed to sign for the deed to be valid.

“I went back to her, i was asking her if she wants to ruin my image by giving me false information and document.

“So, when she saw that I wasn’t coming forth to suit with her negative desires,she decided to do these riots.

“At my level i can’t be a tool to such a lady to acquire somebody’s property, she can’t use my position as a traditional ruler to acquire her evil aim.

“This is why she went to this extent to tarnishing my image, saying every frivolous lies against me which I know, am very sure is not going to end just like that.

” So far, we have been in search of the King Chijioke because we are trying to get the very publisher of this article. And this was posted in Nairaland, Nairaland put a sort of disclaimer that anybody who post any thing in that platform is responsible of what he or she posted.

“So, several attempt has been made to get to King Chijioke to come out and prove this. Such an allegation can not just lay low, the publisher must prove to me where she got these informations and how authentic the informations are”. He stated.

The monarch advised Mrs. Lota Eze to prioritize her children’s well-being and make amends with her late husband’s family.

He also urged media houses to ensure thorough investigation before publishing news articles to avoid misinforming the public.
