EASTER CELEBRATION : Lawmaker Urges Christians To Be Hopeful.

The Member Representing Mbaitoli State Constituency in the lmo State House of Assembly,Hon. Engr.lnnocent lkpamezie has urged Christians not to be daunted by the economic challenges of the times, but rather, they should remain hopeful in prayers, trust and be in total supplication to Almighty God.
Hon Ikpamezie stated this at his Constituency office, Nwaorieubi in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, where he distributed Easter Palliatives to his Constituents, as part of activities marking the resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ, stating that the people should look for ways to compliment one another as exemplified by Our Lord Jesus who died for the salvation of mankind.
The Lawmaker who was represented by his Special Adviser On Administration, Mr Mbadiwe Nwankwogu, said that he understood the challenges his Constituents are going through, noting that the economy is opening up gradually, due to the proactive and commendable economic policies of His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodimma, who has attracted Multi-billion Dollar Investment from Afrexim Bank that would not only benefit the State, generally, but also Mbaitoli.

Hon lkpamezie charged the people to remain supportive of the shared prosperity 3R administration of Governor Uzodimma, insisting that better days are very close .
In his words,”as true Christians, we must emulate and follow in the footsteps of Our Lord Jesus Christ and abide by his selfless teachings, which enjoins us to share with one another joyfully, peacefully and in love.”
“It is therefore in the light of this that I have decided to rolled out Palliatives ( Thousands Of Bags Of Rice) for the good people of my constituency, Mbaitoli. I love you all”.he submitted.
The Beneficiaries include the President Generals Of Town Unions, Community women leaders, Community youth leaders,all physically challenged persons In Mbaitoli, Apc ward chairmen,Apc ward Secretaries,Apc women leaders, Apc youth leaders,LGA Executives Of The Ruling Party, Members Of Blessed Sisters Organization,Members Of Ikpamezie Babes Organization, Members Of National Union Of Road Transport Workers, Mbaitoli Chapter, President Generals Of Women’s Wing Of Town Unions, and many other groups.
It was, indeed, a non-partisan distribution of palliatives as some of the beneficiaries, who spoke, commended the Mbaitoli lawmaker for his constant kind gestures, noting that the Palliative was another means of encouraging them to keep hope alive, until they get to the promised land.
In their separate remarks, the Ogwa Ward Youth leader, Comrade Isa Okechukwu and Lolo Nkeiru Chinagorom, who is the leader of Blessed Sisters Organization, who were not only happy but overwhelmed by the palliative gesture, thanked Hon Engr Innocent Ikechukwu Ikpamezie for always remembering his constituents. They prayed Almighty God to continue to uplift, promote and protect him.
The Director General Of Innocent Ikpamezie Campaign Organization, Hon Chief Princewill Ezewuihe,described the sharing of Palliative to Mbaitoli Constituents by Hon Engr Innocent Ikpamezie as a constant initiative which has come to stay in Mbaitoli constituency.
The DG noted that the recurring gesture has gone a long way in making life easier for the people, more especially, those who are finding it difficult to put food on the table in this Easter period.
“Hon Engr Innocent Ikpamezie is thinking well for Mbaitoli Constituents. We are therefore thanking him in a very special way, for always having his people in mind and goes a long way to provide for them, both in the short term and in the long term. We now have something to eat this Easter season”he submitted.
It should be noted that the pragmatic lawmaker, who is also the House Committee Chairman On Environment, has been performing this commendable task of sharing Palliatives to his Constituents every quarter (every three months). This time around, Hon Engr Ikpamezie ensured every segment of the Mbaitoli populace benefited, irrespective of political party affiliation.
