The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency’s agents have seized hard drugs that were concealed in shipments. The agency also conducted effective raid operations in other states and Lagos, Nigeria.
This information was released on Sunday in a statement posted on the agency’s official Facebook page.
The NDLEA Director for Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, said in a statement that among the interceptions in Lagos included a shipment of 20 kilograms of skunk concealed in tomato paste, another shipment containing 556 grams of Canadian Loud, and a raid in Mushin where 1,101 kilograms of Ghanaian Loud were found and three suspects were detained.
According to the statement, similar successful operations that resulted in the recovery of hard narcotics and the arrest of suspects also took place in the states of Kogi, Niger, Ogun, Anambra, Kaduna, Edo, Yobe, and Imo, among others.
