The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) presidential candidate Rabiu Kwankwaso has come under fire for making an anti-Igbo remark, according to Aloy Ejimakor, a special counsel to IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu.
Igbos, according to Kwankwaso, excel in business but are politically backward.
The former governor of Kano State made the remark in Gombe State while ruling out the possibility of supporting Peter Obi, the LP presidential candidate, as his running mate.
Ejimakor apologised for his remark and questioned why the Southeast performs best in JAMB and the West African Examination Council, while the North performs worst.
Ejimakor stated in a tweet that the North is the political grandmaster and the Southeast is a student.

Therefore, why does the Southeast have the highest WAEC, JAMB, and Human Development Index scores while the North has the lowest scores?
The question is, “Why did these indices rise in the North under OBJ & GEJ but fall under GMB?”
