A Prominent Chairmanship aspirant and a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Owerri West Local Government of lmo state, Chief Victor Osuji for Owerri West Local Government Area under the All Progressives Congress (APC), tragically passed away after collapsing at his home yesterday.
Osuji, who was well-known in Owerri as the owner of Baba Ukwu Electronics, was rushed to the hospital immediately after the incident, where doctors confirmed his death.
The shocking news has sent waves of grief through the community, particularly in Umuoma Nekede, Owerri West, where Osuji hailed from.
A close friend, Chief Fidel Onyeneke, former state chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, expressed disbelief over the sudden demise, noting that Osuji had shown no signs of illness prior to his death.
